I recently stayed at a hotel near Ernakulam Jn. railway station and had a very pleasant experience. the hotel was located in a very quiet residential area, which made for a peaceful stay. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the option for an extra bed if needed. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

Despite these positives, there was one aspect that could be improved - the availability of hot water.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ERN junction railway station, making it easily accessible for travelers. It is situated in a peaceful residential area, providing a tranquil stay away from the bustling city. the rooms are well-maintained, with clean bed sheets and decent size for a comfortable stay.

The staff seems to be under-staffed, especially in the restaurant where service is lacking.

The hotel location was near many attractions, which was a plus. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the food served at the hotel restaurant was delicious and very affordable.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft. the room cleaning was infrequent and not properly done.

This hotel is a great value for money option. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, accommodating guests' needs. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet residential area near the railway station, making it convenient for travelers.

No aspects for improvement, everything was satisfactory.
